1. Advanced Concentration Process: The vacuum concentrator utilizes vacuum evaporation and mechanical separation. It consists of a heater, evaporation chamber, foam remover, condenser, cooler, and liquid receiver. All material-contact parts are crafted from high-grade SUS304/316L.
2. Wide Application: Ideally suited for liquid evaporation and concentration in pharmacy, food, chemical, and light industries. It features short concentration times and protects thermal-sensitive materials effectively.
3. High Efficiency: By operating under low pressure (18-8Kpa), it allows liquid to evaporate at lower temperatures via indirect steam heating, significantly reducing nutrient loss while maintaining a high evaporation rate.
