Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. However, the quantity of each ordered item should reach our minimum order quantity (MOQ).
What is the normal lead time for orders?
For normal plastic products, we typically finish goods around 15 working days after receiving the deposit. For customized products (printing, custom colors, painting), it may take 25-28 days.
What are the available payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Money Gram, and other standard payment methods.
What shipping methods do you provide?
We help you choose the best shipping method based on your specific requirements, including sea freight, air freight, or express delivery.
How is product quality controlled?
We create samples before mass production. Once approved, we begin production with 100% inspection during the process, followed by random inspections before packing and photo documentation.
How do you settle quality problems?
If any breakage or defects are found, photos must be taken from the original carton. Claims should be presented within 7 working days of container discharge. We will compensate losses based on evidence or third-party certification.
