Specialized barrier bottles manufactured through "co-extrusion". This process combines different plastic materials to provide the strength necessary to contain aggressive chemicals (e.g., pesticides) that would otherwise deteriorate or deform standard packaging.
1. Outer Layer: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) provides strength, durability, and moisture protection.
2. Tie Layer: Adhesive layer binding the outer and inner barrier materials.
3. Barrier Layer: The inner EVOH layer protects contents from oxygen and resists aggressive chemical deterioration.
Sealing: 6 layers of composite gasket combined with electromagnetic induction sealing ensures a completely leak-proof effect.
Founded in 2005, our state-of-the-art facilities encompass over 60,000 square meters. With a workforce of more than 500 skilled professionals, we utilize over 150 sets of injection-blow molding and fully automatic extrusion-blow molding machines. Our equipment includes automated in-mold labeling and multi-color silk-screen printing technology.
