1. Can we get free samples?
Yes. All of our samples are free and customers only need to cover the freight cost. You can choose freight collect or pay via PayPal.
2. Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles?
Yes. Various methods are available including silk screen, hot stamping, frost, color sprayer, and label stickers.
3. Can you produce bottles according to our designs?
Yes. We have extensive experience in developing custom models through years of cooperation with major companies.
4. What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, 5-10 days after payment. For mass production, lead time is around 35 days, or longer if surface handling is required.
5. What are your shipping terms?
For samples or trial orders: EMS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT. For larger orders: Shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.
6. How do you control the quality?
We maintain a strict QC system including in-process inspection and final inspection. We also perform leak tests 3 times before packing.
