Creating an Empty Plastic Refill Bottle that lasts for years involves sophisticated polymer engineering. At Zhejiang Rocket, we utilize Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) technology. This process bi-axially orients the PET molecules, significantly increasing the bottle's tensile strength, clarity, and gas barrier properties compared to standard blow molding.
For industrial applications—such as professional detergents or agricultural chemicals—we offer fluorinated HDPE bottles. Fluorination creates a "Teflon-like" barrier on the internal surface, preventing solvent permeation and bottle "panelling" (collapsing).
