What materials are used in the sprayers?
The sprayers are made of food-safe plastic PP and PE with a stainless steel spring. We do not use POM or Rubber, as these can release harmful compounds or have poor chemical resistance. All materials pass FDA standard tests.
What is the production capacity and clean room standard?
Our facility features 10,000-level purification workshops, which is higher than the general industry standard. We can produce 600,000 sprayers and 300,000 bottles per day.
What dosages are available for the sprayers?
Dosages vary from 0.05ml/t to 0.14ml/t for most models, with 0.18ml/t available for topical sprayers. The general dosage error margin is ±10%.
How are the products packaged for shipping?
We use double plastic bags to pack the sprayers or bottles, which are then placed into sturdy paper cartons. Plastic pallets are used when necessary for bulk shipments.
What are the different ways a sprayer can fit a bottle?
We offer three main fitting types: Screw-on (including refillable and tamper-evident), Snap-on (non-reopened), and Crimp-on (using aluminum closures for permanent sealing).
