Existing free samples take 2-3 days. For customized designs, the lead time is approximately 7-10 days. Sample charges are refundable for orders over 5,000pcs.
What is the standard production lead time?
Production typically takes 25-30 days for MOQ. We maintain a daily capacity of 100,000pcs. In-stock items can be shipped within 7-10 days.
What file formats are required for printing?
Please provide your artwork in AI, CDR, or EPS vector formats for the best printing quality.
What color options are available?
Standard colors include red, blue, green, and transparent. We also offer fully customized colors based on your provided PANTONE number.
