Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer involved in designing, manufacturing, marketing, and exporting.
What quality certificates do you have?
We have obtained certificates such as SGS, CE/EU, and ISO 9001.
What is your payment terms?
Generally, we quote EXW or FOB prices. Payment requires a 50% deposit via T/T before production, with the remaining 50% balance paid 7 days before shipment.
What is the production lead-time for bulk orders?
Regular lead-time is 15 business days after the deposit is received and artwork is confirmed.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ for normal items is 100pcs/item; for customized logos, it is 200pcs/item; and for customized molds, it ranges from 500-1000pcs/item.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, we provide 1-3 free samples of our original products (shipping at buyer's cost). Customized proofing samples take 10-15 days and incur a design fee.
