What if I need a custom size?
New sizes require a new mold, which involves a die cost. This cost can be returned once the order quantity reaches our target. Generally, we recommend using our existing similar mold sizes to save time and cost.
How can I get a sample?
If we have the item in stock, we can ship it within 1 day. Samples are free of charge, but the freight cost is covered by the customer. If no stock is available, we will arrange production for you.

How long is the delivery time?
