Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is borne by buyer.
Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles?
Yes, you can. We could offer various printing methods: label printing, screen print, hot stamping, frost, etc. Color can be made according to PANTONE color number.
Can you produce bottles according to our design?
Yes, we could produce models according to customer's design.
What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, the products are sent within 7 days after receiving payment. For custom orders, the standard lead time is around 36 days.
How do you control the quality?
We do leak tests for 3 times before packing to ensure the highest quality standards.
If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
We provide a 1:1 replacement for any defective bottle caused by our side.
